What we collect
- The email address you give us when you join our newsletter, and your name or company if you choose to provide them.
- Basic, privacy-respecting usage analytics (e.g. page views) to understand what's useful and improve the site.
How we use it
- To send you our newsletter: product news, launches, and updates about OceanAtlasX, AtlasBarber, and AtlasCommand.
- To respond to you if you reach out, and to operate and improve the site.
- To meet legal obligations.
Email & your choices
We only email you because you opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time — we'll stop promptly. You can also request access to or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@oceanatlas.ai.
We don't sell your data
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the newsletter and site (for example our email and analytics providers), under appropriate safeguards.
Cookies
We use only the minimal cookies and local storage needed to run the site and measure aggregate, non-identifying usage. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.

The site and any early-access materials are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ocean Atlas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
